Big Easy to welcome project cargo training

July 1 - A specialised training course for project forwarders will be held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, in New Orleans on September 23-24.

 

The ISO accredited Certificate of Achievement in Project Cargo Management course is designed to fast track the skills of rising stars and developing managers in the industry, by Louisa Beckett.
Course trainer Kevin Stephens, the general manager of the Project Professionals Group, said the professional development course was open to all project forwarders and companies involved with over dimensional transportation.
The training is broken up into modules that focus on key aspects of project forwarding, ship broking, chartering, contract management, and meeting client expectations.
Investment in the two-day training is USD, 1800 per person; USD, 1650 for 2 - 3 persons; USD, 1500 for four or more persons, including a one-day exhibition hall pass to the Breakbulk Americas event which is taking place at the same time in the same venue.
