Broekman acquires Benelux warehousing

Broekman Logistics has acquired VLS-Group’s warehousing activities in Belgium and the Netherlands.

150,000 sq m of covered storage across five locations in Antwerp and Rotterdam shall operate under the Broekman Logistics brand, and will be fully integrated into the company's warehousing and distribution division.

Raymond Riemen, ceo of Broekman Logistics, said the acquisition is the largest in the company’s 60-year history.
