DSV names Seven Seas in Iran

September 19 - DSV Global Transport and Logistics has appointed Seven Seas as an agent in Iran, expanding its air, sea and road transport services to and from the country.

Through its Iran-based agent, DSV has expanded its representation to three ports north of Tehran.

Business development manager, Anne Henriksen, explained: "With the ports of Anzali, Noshahr and Amir Abad, we are stronger in the northern part of Tehran and can offer new solutions - especially within cross-trade between Iran and Russia and CIS countries via the Caspian Sea."

Seven Seas, which is headquartered in Tehran and has agents in all Iranian ports, provides tramp ship agency, chartering, project handling, general forwarding, and intermodal transportation both within Iran and to CIS countries.
