Jones in at Straightpoint

February 22 - Straightpoint has named ex-NMB Technologies ceo, Myron Jones, as its operations manager in the USA.

Jones brings a wealth of experience in electromechanical components and the aerospace industry to his new role, having most recently acted as a consultant for Straightpoint's partner Group Four Transducers after retiring from full-time employment.

Straightpoint president David Ayling said: "I am very open about our growth plans in North America and building a team of staff whose skill-sets complement each other is integral to that. Myron has been recruited with execution of that plan in mind."

Jones joins John Molidor, general manager and leader of the company's US subsidiary; Tressie LaBass, customer and sales support administrator; and Johnny Gonzalez, technician, at Camarillo, California headquarters.
