Mammoet has upgraded the capacity of its PTC 200 DS ring crane in preparation for heavy lift work at Reliance Industries' Jamnagar refinery in India.
Following the upgrades, Mammoet says the crane is now able to lift a 2,000-ton (1,814.4-tonne) structure in one piece.
This, according to Mammoet, will help minimise the downtime of the refinery.
