Militzer & Münch establishes in Algiers

October 5 - The Militzer & Münch Group has opened an affiliate office in Algiers in partnership with an unnamed shareholder active in international transport.

"With this new location, we substantially strengthen our presence in the North African market," says Lothar Thoma, ceo M&M Militzer & Münch International Holding. It already has offices in Morocco and Tunisia.

According to Militzer & Münch, the Algerian government is enforcing economic diversification to decrease dependence on the oil and gas sector. Country wide, industrial cluster zones are being erected, says Militzer & Münch, benefitting the transport industry.
