New role for Harrison at LOC

November 13 - Alex Harrison has been appointed group director, energy services at London Offshore Consultants (LOC), after stepping down as managing director of LOC Australia.

Before heading up LOC Australia, Harrison was director of LOC in London. He joined the LOC Group board in 2011.

Harrison will remain based in Perth, Australia, where the company says he is ideally placed for the growing offshore oil and gas developments in the Far East. Adam Solomons takes over as managing director of LOC Australia.

Andrew Squire, chief executive of LOC, said: "Alex's new global role will involve working closely with the four regional directors and other group directors developing energy services within the LOC Group. This role will initially focus on marine warranty services across the LOC Group."
