PPG widens Asian footprint

January 24 - Project Professional Group (PPG) has added three new members to its forwarder network in Asia.

World Wide Logistics has been appointed as new member for Northern China and Hong Kong. Jakarta-headquartered Indonesia Project Logistics has been named PPG member for Indonesia. Global Container International has joined the PPG network as its Singaporean representative.

Kevin Stephens, PPG general manager, congratulated the new members on their appointments. He also commended them for their support and interest in the career development of their staff through training and education.

"Our latest PPG members, along with many others in our network, have recognised the benefits of training and have either already sent employees to the Project Forwarding Certificate training or are intending to at our next course in Shanghai," Stephens said.

The ISO accredited Project Forwarding Certificate will be held from March 12-13 in conjunction with Breakbulk China 2013.
