Proctor up at OMA

November 11 - OMA Group has appointed Neale Proctor as sales and commercial director, with immediate effect.

HLPFI reported in April that Proctor had joined OMA Group as a consultant.

Proctor has extensive experience of the shipping and logistics business in West Africa, and prior to his consultancy role, he ran GAC's companies in Nigeria and Ghana.

OMA Group's managing director Gary Miller said that Proctor has already been responsible for establishing agreements for OMA in Senegal (where the company now has its own office) and Cameroon.

In his new role, Proctor will focus on the development of OMA's agency business along the West African coast, as well as working with other directors across the company's various business units.
