April 4 - The Port of Stockton board of commissioners has a new chairman, new vice-chairman and a new board member.
Stephen Griffen has been nominated chairman of the Port of Stockton board, and was re-elected to the Port's board of commissioners by Stockton City Council members. Victor Mow was elected as vice-chairman.
Michael Patrick Duffy has also been appointed to the Port of Stockton board, replacing W. Ronald Cole.
