Sumner comes early for Foss

Foss Maritime has appointed Bryceon Sumner as chief financial officer.

According to Foss, Sumner, who will oversee all aspects of the company's financial functions and performance, has a strong background and expertise in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as strategic planning.

Foss Maritime offers a complete range of maritime services and project management. The Seattle-based company operates two shipyards and has an extensive fleet of tugs and barges.
