TIV adds with Konecranes

November 28 - Terminale Intermodale Venezia (TIV), a joint venture of Mariner and Marinvest, has acquired a second Konecranes Gottwald Model 6 mobile harbour crane for its terminal in Marghera, the Port of Venice.

The G HMK 6507 two-rope variant machine offers a maximum lifting capacity of 125 tonnes and an outreach of up to 51 m.

The crane will largely be used for container handling and will be equipped with a twin-lift spreader, providing a lifting capacity of up to 60 tonnes under the spreader.
