May 22 - Damani Shipping has handled the import of a 51-tonne telescopic crane at Mumbai Port.
The crane was shipped to India from Shanghai in China on board a vessel, which arrived under Damani's agency.
Damani explained that since this was an over-dimensional cargo, it had to be handled with extra care but thanks to the company's in-house handling equipment the discharge was completed smoothly and quickly.
