June 12 - Gruber Logistics has managed the shipment of a Matisa railway ballast cleaner from Porto d'Ascoli, Italy to Veracruz, Mexico.

The 101.8-ton (92.4-tonne) railway vehicle was transported on rail from Porto d'Ascoli to the SAPIR terminal at the Port of Ravenna. The vehicle was lifted using two Liebherr LHM 550 port cranes and fitted into wooden saddles, placed under the bogies.

The vehicle, which measured 30 m x 2.93 m x 4.12 m, was loaded onboard BBC Chartering's BBC Aquamarine using its two 400-tonne capacity NMF deck cranes.
