February 9 - Auto-Krandienst Jaromin, a crane rental company based in Oberhausen, Germany, has expanded its fleet with the acquisition of a Terex Explorer 5500 all terrain crane.

Olaf Jaromin, general manager at Auto-Krandienst Jaromin, said: "Together with the asymmetrical outrigger configuration and fine-tuned partial counterweight options, the IC-1 Plus control system makes it possible to have just the right lifting capacity for each individual project. That enables us to take fewer counterweights with us - and sometimes none at all - for many construction site projects."

Auto-Krandienst Jaromin's fleet consists of 20 mobile cranes, five of which are Terex and Demag cranes, including the addition of the Explorer 5500.
