March 9 - An XGC16000 crawler crane, manufactured by XCMG, has installed a 6MW wind turbine at a port in Jiangsu, China.
The wind turbine, which is one of a few prototypes with 77.7 m long blades, is currently the largest in China, said XCMG.
The XGC16000 crawler was equipped with a 72 m boom and 60 m tower jib, in order to lift the 190-tonne blades and heavy hub into place.
