BDO completes Moore Stephens merger

International accountant and shipping adviser Moore Stephens has completed its partial merger with advisory BDO.

Paul England, managing partner of BDO and Simon Gallagher, former managing partner at Moore Stephens.

The remaining UK offices and its international locations will continue to operate as Moore Stephens.

The merged offices will operate under the BDO brand and as part of BDO’s international network, which covers 162 countries.
