Maxim moves to acquire Shaughnessy Companies

Maxim Crane Works has entered into an agreement to acquire Boston-based Shaughnessy & Ahern Co and S&A Cranes. 

Shaughnessy provides crane rental and related lifting solutions. Maxim will integrate these activities with its existing operating business. 

Earlier this year, Maxim also entered into an agreement to acquire B&G Crane Service, which offers crane rental solutions in the US Gulf.
