Noatum in MIQ takeover

Noatum Logistics has signed a definitive agreement to acquire USA-based MIQ Logistics. The agreement is expected to close in the coming weeks.

Noatum Logistics is a division of Noatum Maritime that specialises in logistics, international transport and Customs brokerage. The company has offices in Chile, Turkey, Portugal, Algeria, Morocco and Spain. 

MIQ Logistics, meanwhile, has over 60 offices in 19 countries. As part of the acquisition, Noatum will almost triple its presence through the incorporation of MIQ’s locations in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines and Malaysia in Asia; the UK and the Netherlands in Europe; Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Peru in Latin America; as well as its offices in the USA. 

Both workforces of MIQ Logistics and Noatum Logistics will be integrated.
