Germany’s Röhlig Logistics has appointed Verena Pausder and Jan Brorhilker to its advisory board.

Both have considerable experience with digital business models, said Röhlig.

Pausder founded Fox & Sheep, a company that develops children’s apps; is managing director at HABA Digital; and co-initiator of the non-profit organisation Startup Teens.

Brorhilker currently works as an assurance partner in the financial accounting advisory services (FAAS) team at Ernst & Young. Röhlig added that he is a specialist in providing financial consultation for start-ups and medium-sized companies dealing with digitalisation.

Thomas Herwig, chairman of Röhlig’s supervisory board, commented: “Their extensive and proven experience with digital business models gives us valuable advice for our future growth strategy and related digitalisation projects.”

On December 31, 2018, Peer Witten resigned from the advisory board.
