EGL in transformer move

Egyptian Global Logistics (EGL) has unloaded and transported two transformers destined for a power station at Damietta Furniture City.

The project site is located approximately 40 km away from Damietta port. Once at the site, EGL was also responsible for jacking and skidding the transformers in preparation for the installation works.

The total skidding distance from the trailers to the foundations was approximately 19 m.
