Volga-Dnepr supports OneWeb satellite project

Volga-Dnepr Airlines has transported six satellites, weighing 30 tonnes in total, from Toulouse, France to Cayenne in French Guiana for the OneWeb constellation project.

In partnership with Bolloré Logistics, the satellites were loaded on to one of the airline’s AN-124-100 freighters.

On arrival in French Guiana, the equipment was delivered to its final destination in Kourou. The first OneWeb satellite is scheduled for launch in February.
