Mammoet Road Cargo named best managed company

May 8 - Mammoet Road Cargo has been chosen as one of the 50 best managed companies in The Netherlands in a competition organised by accountants Deloitte and a number of academic and business organisations.

This is the second year the award competition has been run and the first that Mammoet Road Group, based in Oudenbosch, has entered.

Giel Koevoets, managing director Mammoet Road Cargo, said: "This competition was a great opportunity check out the quality of our organisation and look for any points of improvement that may be necessary."

The Best Managed Companies programme focuses on non-listed companies with at least 50 employees and a turnover of at least 10 million euros. The competition is notable because it does not just look at companies with continuous growth. Around 150 companies entered the competition this year.
