Paradiso adds to fleet

Italian crane rental company Fratelli Paradiso has purchased a second-hand LR 1750 crawler crane from Liebherr.

According to Liebherr, the 750-tonne capacity crane is the largest crawler crane in Fratelli Paradiso's fleet. The company currently operates 25 cranes in Canosa di Puglia, including an LG 1750 lattice boom mobile crane, also from Liebherr.

"With the purchase of the used crawler crane, we now have the opportunity to exchange equipment parts under the two 750-tonne cranes," said Michele Paradiso, co-owner of Fratelli Paradiso.

"Depending on the requirements on the construction site, we can supply the more suitable crane - on crawlers or wheels."

The LR 1750 will be used for the assembly of wind turbines.
