RSA inaugurates Dubai terminal

RSA National, the joint venture between USA-based National Air Cargo and UAE-based RSA Global, has opened its flagship air cargo terminal, located at Dubai World Central (DWC).

In support of the UAE’s vision to become the world’s leading aviation and logistics hub, RSA National claims the opening of this multimodal smart transit hub for road, sea and air, will drive growth in the logistics sector.

The 13,000 sq m area, which will be used to consolidate freight forwarding activities, can be expanded across the total land plot of 56,000 sq m, says RSA National, adding that as an Authorised Economic Operator and with Dubai Police and Customs situated on-site, customers will experience faster clearances and inspection prioritisation for a smoother transaction.

The company says that there is likely to be an increase in project cargoes associated with Expo 2020 and other major events in the UAE.
