Volga-Dnepr eyes up Leipzig launch

December 4 - Russia's Volga-Dnepr is considering the launch of a new Leipzig, Germany-based airline by the end of 2018.

Media reports suggest that three of Volga-Dnepr's AN-124s have been earmarked for the project.

Speaking to HLPFI, Volga-Dnepr said: "Under long-term strategic plans Volga-Dnepr Group contemplates possibilities to open airlines (or branches) in different regions, based on market demands and in compliance with regional and international regulations.
