February 16 - Agility has appointed Jeppe Kold as route manager for Trans-Atlantic and Europe/Africa trades.
Commenting on the appointment, Cas Pouderoyen, senior vice president, Global Ocean Freight for Agility said, "Kold brings with him extensive industry expertise and knowledge. With Agility's focus and expertise in emerging markets his knowledge of the African market will be instrumental in further developing Agility's portfolio there."
Kold, who will be located at Agility's Basel office, joins Agility with a strong track record in the global ocean transportation industry. He has held management positions at Maersk Line and most recently was responsible for African trade management at NYK Line.
