Al Faris adds Liebherr equipment to fleet

May 15 - Dubai, UAE headquartered Al Faris Equipment Rentals has taken delivery of a Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 mobile crane.

Al Faris is one the largest crane and transport vehicle rental firms in the Middle East. It acquired the 750-tonne capacity mobile crane at the Bauma 2013 conference and exhibition, hosted in Munich, Germany last month. To celebrate the first LTM 1750-9.1 delivered to a Middle Eastern company, Al Faris was presented with a symbolic key (pictured).
The crane will be delivered to the UAE towards the end of 2013 and will be deployed into the Saudi Arabian market.
During Bauma 2013, Al Faris also ordered 32 further Liebherr mobile cranes, due for delivery in 2014. The order includes: four LTM 1300-6.2, ten LTM 1060-3.1, ten LTM 1130-5.1 and eight LTM 1200-5.1 cranes.
