Antwerp to host heavy lift freight forwarding network

September 15 - The over-dimensional specialists network, the Project Professionals Group, will host its annual conference from June 30 to July 3, 2010 in the Port of Antwerp.

PPG general manager Kevin Stephens said Antwerp was the successful nomination following this year's conference hosted by the Port of Corpus Christi in Texas.

Stephens said: "PPG is looking forward to meeting in Belgium and at one of Europe's major heavy lift project cargo ports."

Some 150 freight movers, ship owners and related industry companies from over 50 countries are expected to attend the 2010 conference.
