August 6 - Aqualis Offshore has been contracted by Mekers Offshore to supervise the construction of its two new liftboats.
The contract is expected to begin in September 2015 and last for 18 months.
The liftboats are self-propelled, self-elevating vessels with large open decks, capable of carrying equipment and supplies in support of various offshore exploration and production activities.
