Bolloré restructures logistics divisions

April 1 - Bolloré Group has grouped its transport and logistics businesses - SDV, SAGA, BLP, Bolloré Africa Logistics and Bolloré Energie - under one brand: Bolloré Transport & Logistics.

The new Bolloré Transport & Logistics has four separate business lines, each with its own specialisation: ports, logistics, railways and energy.

Bolloré Group said the restructured businesses will enable it to consolidate its leading positions in France and Africa, while enabling it to generate external growth and accelerate its global activities.

HLPFI reported in January that SDV had rebranded itself as Bolloré Logistics, confirming the commitment of its parent company, the Bolloré Group, to the transport and logistics sector.
