Collett joins equipment network

September 9 - UK heavy lift specialist, Collett & Sons has joined the Cargo Equipment Experts in the service categories Heavy haulage, Crane operator, Barge owners, Stevedores and Port Operators.

Collett offers haulage services throughout the UK and Europe, crane operations of up to 110 tonnes maximum lift, heavy lift stevedoring operations throughout the UK, barge services as part of a multimodal transport solution, as well as port and ships agency services throughout the UK. 

Managing director, David Collett says the company owns and operates flatbed trucks, low loaders, extendable and steerable trailers, multiaxle hydraulic modular trailers, SPMTs, as well as hydraulic gantry equipment for jacking and skating operations. 

Meanwhile the CEE has confirmed that its 2ND membership conference will be held in Amsterdam from May 19th-21st. 

Since it was established in 2009, almost 50 well known equipment owners and carriers have joined the CEE as members or supporters, or are listed as sponsors on the network's home page 

CEE has also confirmed that it will exhibit at the upcoming BreakBulk Asia in Singapore next January. 

CEE is a global network for cargo equipment owners such as haulers, crane operators, tug and barge operators, stevedores and export packers, port operators and air cargo handling equipment owners and supporting industry, serving the heavy and outsized cargo industry.
