Crowley promotes Brown

July 16 - Crowley Maritime Corporation has appointed current director of business solutions, Brad Brown, as its new vice president of information technology.

Brown, who joined Crowley in 2001, will remain based in Jacksonville and will continue to report to Carl Fox, senior vice president of corporate services.

In his new role, Brown will be responsible for the teams managing network infrastructure and operations, end-user support, voice and data communications, technology sourcing and delivery, information security, process engineering and business solutions.
