December 19 - DHL has opened a new terminal in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

It is located at the crossroads of the Transport Corridor Europe Caucasus Asia (TRACEA) and the Great Almaty Circle Motor Road (BAKAD) and offers a full range of logistic services, including bonded warehousing and customs brokerage services as well as online tracking, registration and maintenance of goods via a warehouse management system, cross-docking, shunting and crane services, as well as customs and bonded storage.

DHL Global Forwarding has been operating in Kazakhstan since 2007 and operates ocean and air freight transport from six offices throughout the country.
