Dockwise shares set for suspension

April 18 - Share trading in semi-submersible shipping line Dockwise will be suspended on the Oslo Stock Exchange from Monday April 22, 2013.

Dutch marine services provider Royal Boskalis Westminster successfully acquired all outstanding common shares in Dockwise for an all-cash offer of EUR18.50 (USD24.94) per share cum dividend earlier in 2013.
On April 24, 2013, the final remaining shares will be transitioned to Royal Boskalis Westminster ownership, with payment scheduled for April 26, 2013.
