Dunkerque names board member

June 16 - The board of trustees of Dunkerque-Port have appointed the port's chief commercial officer, Daniel Deschodt, as a member of the executive board.

Deschodt becomes a member of the board, alongside the port's ceo and executive board chair, Stéphane Raison and Yves Lalaut, planning and environment director.

Initially serving as deputy commercial director for the port authority, Deschodt became chief commercial officer in 2009, with responsibility for sales prospecting, marketing and inland transports, communications and public relations, as well as logistics and industrial developments.
