April 6 - US based stevedoring and terminal service organisation Diversified Port Holdings (DPH) - parent company of Seaonus and Portus - has appointed Chris May as chief process officer and Troy Gouger as president of operations.

May will be responsible for developing and implementing systematic process controls across all business units, as well as driving standardisation and acquisition integration, among other roles.

Reporting to DPH ceo James Dillman in his new position, May most recently served as president of Portus Holdings in Jacksonville, Florida.

Reporting to May, Gouger will be responsible for day-to-day operations at each DPH location, covering business development, terminal services, warehousing, vessel operations and cold storage.

Gouger has previously worked for Ports America, Ceres Gulf and Metro Ports. He will be based in Jacksonville.
