April 4 - The French subsidiary of European Roro Lines (ERL), ERL France, has set up its head office in HAROPA's port of Le Havre and launched a river terminal operation at the port of Gennevilliers dedicated to the transport of vehicles to Le Havre.

Established in 2009, ERL is based in Africa and currently has three vessels in operation - Caribbean, Modern Link and Modern Express - which can carry cargoes such as rolling stock of all types, civil engineering and agricultural machinery, and conventional cargo on MAFI trailers.

The first call of an ERL vessel at HAROPA's port is scheduled for mid-April at the Europe terminal, and will be operated by the stevedore Générale de Manutention Portuaire (GMP).
