November 1 - KOG Transport has opened a new office in the UK and has entered into an agreement with Switzerland-headquartered Theodor Wille Intertrade (TWI).

The agreement brings together the companies' strengths to offer project logistics services throughout Central Asia, with TWI acting as the primary point of contact, sales agent and project executor in Central Asia and KOG managing the delivery of oversized equipment and products from supplier locations worldwide.

TWI, which has nine offices across the world, creates integrated supply chain solutions around the world for defence, government and energy sector customers.

In addition to expanding services within the Central Asian market, KOG has extended its UK presence with the opening of a new office in London.

Ryan Clancy has been appointed director of the office leaving behind his position at KOG's Abu Dhabi location, but retaining commercial responsibility for the country whilst in London.

KOG is searching for additional staff at its new office - vacancies are advertised on the careers panel of HLPFI's website.
