October 26 - Flinter has completed the round trip carriage of some Dutch flat-bottomed daggerboard yachts.

The yachts have returned home to the Netherlands from New York where they had participated in a celebration of Henry Hudson's discovery of Manhattan and the foundation of Nieuw Amsterdam (now New York).

The organiser of the shipment was the specialist yacht transport operator, Starclass Yachts.

Flinter arranged shipment to New York on Flinterduin, with the boats being returned on the sister ship.
