Heavy lifts for Danbrit Shipping

November 25 - Danbrit Shipping, which offers specialised handling of heavy cargoes through its terminals on the River Humber in the UK, recently handled the transport of a 100-tonne transformer from Germany to Lowestoft.

he transformer, which was destined for a new paper factory outside the east coast port.

Danbrit Shipping has also organised the shipment of four 120 tonne gantry cranes from Holland to Norway on one of its chartered ocean vessels which can be seen in the picture below.

 Danbrit Shipping is the UK member of Cargo Equipment Experts Ltd (CEE), a global network for cargo equipment owners, stevedores, tug and barge operators and export packers, serving the heavy and outsized cargo industry.
