April 7 - Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS) has appointed Jason Leonard as its global HSSE manager.
Based at the company's headquarters in Essex, and reporting to Ian Tombs, head of corporate services, Leonard will be responsible for managing, implementing and overseeing all areas of health, safety and environment, while working to mitigate and control business risks globally.
ISS has recently enhanced its HSSE credentials by achieving Achilles FPAL, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001 accreditation for ISS-Palumbo - these recognised industry standards are now a pre-requisite for doing business in the markets in which ISS operates and particularly the energy sector, said the company.
