Ulber set to leave Panalpina

Peter Ulber will not stand for re-election as chairman of the board of Panalpina at the company’s next annual general meeting on May 9, 2019. 

Panalpina’s compensation and nomination committee, headed by Thomas E. Kern, will begin searching for a new independent chairman.

Ulber was elected as chairman in 2016.
