November 27 - The Port of Longview in Washington, USA, says it will make expansion of port infrastructure a key priority in its 2018 budget, capitalising on momentum from past years.

In addition to an expansion of the port's industrial rail corridor (IRC), the port has earmarked USD300,000 toward the planning of a new entrance at Barlow Point, a 280 acre plot available for development.

Located directly on the deep-draft navigation channel of the Columbia River, the Port of Longview says Barlow Point holds incredible potential for business opportunities in the Pacific Northwest.
