August 30 - Effective Spetember 1, 2013, Declan Guerin will become MacGregor's chief financial officer (CFO).
He was previously vice president, mergers & acquisitions and a member of the Executive Committee of MacGregor since the start of 2013.
Guerin will be responsible for accounting, finance and M&A, continues as a member of the MacGregor Executive Committee and reports to MacGregor president, Mikael Mäkinen.
He has worked for Cargotec since 2007 and has extensive financial and commercial experience gained over the last 20 years both within Cargotec and in other global organisations including Cargotec, Caterpillar, Chevron, DHL and EMI.
