May 1 - Martin Bencher Group has acquired Copenhagen based transportation provider tti Logistics ApS.
tti Logistics specialises in airfreight forwarding services, Customs clearance, operations and logistics support products.
"Martin Bencher and tti Logistics have been long term partners for many years and with a growing focus on projects and project related cargo, there has also been an increase in airfreight volumes," said Peter Thorsoe Jensen, ceo of Martin Bencher.
"With [tti Logistics'] knowledge of airfreight, we can develop our services further - beginning with Copenhagen and Stockholm as the main centres for airfreight, then adding Norway and Finland later," he added.
Former owner of tti Logistics, Bjarne Laun, will continue as airfreight manager for Martin Bencher Group.
