Tandem Logistics, a member of the Project Cargo Network (PCN), has recently undertaken the transportation of a Qualistock Deodoriser and Maturator, shipped as breakbulk on a part-chartered vessel.

The components were transported from Mumbai, India to La Goulette Port, Tunisia.

Meanwhile, PCN member in Afghanistan, Msharib Shipping & Logistics (MSL) has been working as a logistics partner for the Quetta International Airport Renovation Project in Pakistan. The facility upgrading project at the airport required two units of passenger boarding bridges (PBB) to be transported from Karachi to Quetta by road.

The cargo weighed 468 tonnes and required two multi-axle trucks for the PBB units, two low-bed flat-rack containers for the rotunda, and two flat bed trailers for the accessories.

Lebanese member, Global Cargo Line has recently handled a bulk cargo project for a customer in Conakry, Guinea. The cargo of silos and parts weighed 463 tonnes in total and the company also used an open top container for some of the more sensitive parts. All components were shipped on the same vessel from France to Guinea.
