Bremen-based Zeaborn Group has combined the ship management activities of Rickmers Shipmanagement and E.R. Schiffahrt.

The consolidated organisations will operate as Zeaborn Ship Management. The combined technically managed fleet currently comprises more than 150 container and bulk cargo ships and multipurpose vessels.

In addition to its headquarters in Hamburg, the company is represented with a second office in Singapore and further offices throughout Asia and Europe.

Nils Aden and Holger Strack have been appointed as the company’s chief executive officers. Michael Brandhoff has been named chief operating officer; Erik Kruse has been appointed chief financial officer; and Isabelle Rickmers will assume the role of managing director.

Zeaborn acquired Rickmers Shipmanagement in September 2017 and E.R. Schiffahrt in February 2018.
