June 6 - The Project Cargo Network (PCN) has announced two key industry speakers for its 2011 Annual Summit, which will be held from 19-20 November at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel in London.

The speakers are Christopher Snelling and Susan Oatway.

According to Rachel Humphrey, PCN chairwoman, representatives from all major world markets are expected at the network's two-day gathering.

Snelling, head of supply chain policy at the UK's Freight Transport Association (FTA), is responsible for all rail, maritime and aviation policy matters at FTA, as well as being secretary of both the British Shippers Council and Freight by Water.

Susan Oatway is a senior consultant, bulk shipping, at London-based Drewry Shipping Consultants. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and lectures on dry cargo chartering for the institute's qualifying exams and regularly speaks at industry conferences.
