September 21 - Mammoet is in the process of transporting 14 tanks from locations in Belgium and the Netherlands via inland waterway to the Port of Rotterdam's Rubis Terminal.

The tanks, which are being carried by barge to the port, will be used to expand the terminal's chemical capacity by 35,400 cu m.

The new tanks are part of an ongoing project to expand the Rubis Terminal's storage capacity, which is scheduled for completion by October 2016.

Maritime cargo services company Global Cargo Care's surveyor provided a type approval on behalf of the insurance company of the Inalco tanks. Global Cargo Care will also provide a survey for the for the discharge, transportation and installation on behalf of Inalco for the tanks manufactured in The Netherlands.
